CALHOUN STREET
Marks of Quality was hired to refinish and seal the roof on this Calhoun Street home, one of the most prominent buildings in this part of downtown Charleston. This was a tremendous undertaking as the old roof had shown signs of wear tear of several generations. The large and uniquely shaped roof presented challenges with mobility, but we were able to plan accordingly to get the job done in a timely manner. With a solid and reliable team, we were able to finish this project just before hurricane season. Even after a severe storm, there were no leaks! This project was one for the books, and we couldn't have been happier to have been selected for such a great building. Working on such an iconic property is further proof of the versatility and determination at Marks of Quality.
