Marks of Quality was honored to complete this job in Wagner Terrace district of downtown Charleston. The vintage home was in need of a distinct porch addition. We were able to design this beautiful and strong structure to compliment the current aesthetic of the home. This was a communal effort and a really fun project. We had a great team of true carpenters really get into this one. Overall, we treated this with the utmost care and put incredible effort into every phase of the build out. This porch addition is perfect for the owners as they can enjoy cool evenings and host family and friends. Also, it is a focal point from the street and increased the value of the home for many years to come. Following our core values of aesthetic, function, and investment, this turned out great!
